Yes, we are in a society of bandwagon products and services and copycat plagiarists. And, yes, with proper strategy you can accumulate the proper following and influence to successfully market any idea. But how often do we deliver impactful solutions?<\/p>\n Every industry is crowded. Competition is fierce and no one remembers mediocre. To succeed, it’s not about who’s in the race beside you, how you win the race or even when you decide to show up to compete. Tom came before Mark Zuckerberg and you see how that worked out.<\/p>\n Victory is determined by your intent. Who are you ultimately serving?<\/p>\n Creators, founders, and companies stand out when their products are most vital to the largest audience when compared their competitors. For instance, there are thousands of makeup + beauty brands and some with a legacy that stretches over 100 years. Rihanna didn’t need to be the first or the smartest. Rhianna didn’t create a makeup line for fuck’s sake (told you this wasn’t a Christian blog) or because she wanted to strengthen her resume as a businesswoman (yeah she did). Instead, Rihanna used her preexisting influence and wealth to develop products for ALL women to feel represented in a beauty brand. At the end of the day, Fenty Beauty<\/a> <\/strong>is a reminder to women, especially women of color that they matter<\/a><\/strong>. That’s the true beauty of Fenty.
